Phone Calls - During Office Hours
We have an excellent staff of RNs available from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Thursday and
8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday to answer any of your questions about common problems.
More serious problems are discussed with the Pediatrician, and then the RN will review the advice
with you. This system allows the quickest response to your calls.
PLEASE NOTE:
The RNs cannot prescribe antibiotics over the phone - no exceptions.
If you or the RN feels your child may need antibiotics, a same day sick appointment can be made to bring your child into the office to see the doctor.

We provide 24 hours coverage, 365 days a year. We have a reliable and efficient answering service through St. Louis Children's Hospital to assure that your call is answered promptly when our office is closed. Calls are usually answered by a RN, but you may request to speak with our physician on call. Please help us by restricting calls to those for serious illness or injury.
